Jeremy’s background encompasses Higher Education Administration & Student Support Services, University & College Teaching, Micro-Macro Social Services, Independent Community Organizing, and Outdoor Nurture. Known as JP, he breathes life into others and brings a love ethic to his work, collaborating with youth, adults, and maturing elders. His expertise lies in providing direct service, multifaceted support, and driving lasting structural change for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As a CCS Provider-Service Facilitator & Array Provider, JP values the lived experiences of youth and caretakers as essential knowledge. He promotes authenticity, empowerment, working in right relationships with others, co-creates personalized goals and interventions with holistic care in mind, and harnesses collective care for innovative solutions. JP also embraces outdoor nurture for therapeutic benefits. He describes himself as a joy transmitter, dedicated to ensuring the happiness, safety, security, and well-being of youth and adults.

JP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with a focus on Health Promotion, as well as a Master of Science in Education with an interdisciplinary curriculum in Adult Education, Counseling Psychology, and Human Services. Beyond his professional pursuits, JP is a devoted father, justice advocate, organizer, and appreciated friend. He extends care and is cared for by many. His passions include birding, thrift shopping, outdoor activities, frolicking, photography, culinary deliciousness, and reading.
