Service Facilitator, CCS Provider

As a CCS Provider and Service Facilitator, Cierra values building relationships with clients as she supports them in healing, learning, and flourishing. She has over eight years of experience working in an educational setting and has worked with children ages five to fourteen. Cierra recognizes the importance of collaborating with families to better understand her client’s needs, goals, strengths, desired outcomes, and priorities. With an unwavering commitment to understanding each individual as a whole person, she creates an environment where every person feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their unique goals.

Cierra exerts a contagious positive energy that shines light on multiple pathways to flourishing. She prides herself in approaching service facilitation with empathy, thoughtfulness, and compassion. Cierra is also an advocate for restorative practices.

Cierra graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor’s of Science in Middle Childhood-Early Adolescence Education and a Master’s of Education with a focus on Literacy. In her free time she enjoys having fun outside with her family, going for jogs with her energetic dog Loki, and
practicing yoga.
