MS, LPC-IT, ISDE / Service Facilitator

Jazmyn Parrett is a Counselor and Service Facilitator who is compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care to individuals across all populations. With over five years of combined experience in CCS and therapy, Jazmyn has worked with children ages 5+, teens, and adults. She is trained in EMDR, complex trauma, OCD and ERP, crisis management, psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic therapy.

Jazmyn believes every person deserves to feel empowered, capable of self-advocacy, and supported in creating meaningful improvements in their daily life. She takes a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals while fostering growth, resilience, and confidence.

Beyond the therapy room, Jazmyn loves to travel and experience new places, always finding inspiration from different people and cultures. She’s a big coffee enthusiast who enjoys exploring local cafés as much as she enjoys brewing the perfect cup at home. To recharge, Jazmyn practices mindfulness, goes on walks, and spends time at the gym. She also enjoys writing, cozy evenings with a good book, and connecting with family and friends.
