
Sam is a Service Facilitator and Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS) who provides support for individuals and families navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. While specializing in eating disorders, body image distress, and disordered eating, Sam also works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life stressors.
In this role, Sam offers both service facilitation and therapy services—helping clients connect with community resources while also creating a safe and affirming space for healing. Sam’s approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that every individual deserves care that honors their unique story, strengths, and needs.
