Ryan Kruser

LPC-IT, CCS Provider

At the heart of Ryan’s work is a person-centered approach that honors each individual’s lived experience, inner strengths, and capacity for growth. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity, Ryan offers a collaborative space to explore, heal, and move forward. He walks alongside his clients, not to lead or push, but to support, reflect, and honor the pace of each person’s journey.

Ryan values the opportunity to connect with people of all ages. He meets each person where they are, whether supporting a young person navigating identity and school stress, helping an adult manage anxiety or life transitions, or walking with someone through grief or relationship challenges. He believes healing looks different for everyone and works to create a space where all experiences are held with care.

As a former school psychologist in the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD), Ryan had the privilege of supporting students, families, and educators within school communities. This experience deepened his understanding of the unique challenges young people face and the systems that impact their daily lives. He brings this perspective into his current work, especially with youth and young adults, helping them build emotional insight, strengthen resilience, and grow confidence in navigating both personal and academic pressures.

Outside of work, Ryan finds grounding in movement and the outdoors. He enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and both playing and coaching sports—anything that connects him to nature and the present moment. He often finds that these experiences can be meaningful parts of the healing process, offering space to reconnect with self and the world.
