Brendan Roe Headshot

Brendan Roe

LCSW, Service Facilitator, CCS Provider

Brendan Roe, LCSW, has served the Dane County community since 2016, with experience across nearly all levels of care in direct support and leadership roles. With more than 5 years providing services in Dane County’s Comprehensive Community Services program, he primarily offers Individual Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE), psychotherapy, and clinical supervision.

Adopting a “fellow traveler” approach, Brendan meets participants as a collaborative partner and fellow student of life—approaching life’s challenges with curiosity, gratitude, and shared humanity rather than as a distant expert. This empowers participants to discover their own strengths, build meaningful connections (with oneself and others), and pursue authentic, sustainable recovery and change. His sessions holistically integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Availability is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (session end times). Brendan strongly encourages community-based sessions to promote real-world skill application and integration, though office-based or telehealth accommodations can be arranged as needed.
