CCS Provider, Service Facilitator ​

Abby is a CCS Service Provider and Service Facilitator who approaches her work with curiosity, collaboration, and genuine engagement. She brings an extensive background in education, having worked within the school system as a school psychologist for fifteen years, as well as experience as a LPC-IT. Abby values the opportunity to genuinely get to know each person she works with and to understand how their experiences and stories have shaped who they are.

Creating an environment of safety, trust, and acceptance is at the heart of Abby’s approach. She believes the brain and body naturally move toward healing and well-being when provided with the right conditions and support. Abby strives to create affirming spaces where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She enjoys helping clients recognize their strengths, build upon their resilience, and discover meaningful pathways toward positive change. Abby has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of challenges. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches and strategies, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She feels most at peace in nature and especially enjoys hiking, boating with her family, and attending concerts. She also enjoys creating through macramé and relaxing with a good book.
