Kiley is an APSW with four years of experience working in CCS, where she has served as a peer support specialist, individual skills developer, and service facilitator. She recently earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is now beginning to provide psychotherapy as part of her expanding role in the field.
Kiley’s professional journey is grounded in compassionate care, with experience ranging from in-home respite to childcare prior to entering the mental health field. Since receiving her peer support certification in January 2020, she has drawn from both formal training and lived experience with mental health and substance use to support individuals in meaningful, person-centered ways.
Her psychotherapy practice focuses on trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence, and she utilizes a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to psychosocial rehabilitation, helping consumers build emotional, cognitive, and social skills that support their self-defined goals. Kiley is dedicated to honoring each person’s unique story, values, and worldview.
Known for her empathy, energy, and strong interpersonal skills, Kiley is passionate about helping people recognize their worth and navigate the obstacles that stand in the way of fulfillment. Outside of her work, she enjoys music, longboarding, and exploring new experiences, always bringing curiosity and authenticity into her practice.
