Emma Rose is a Physician Assistant-Certified, Language of Breath(TM) Certified Breath worker, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and former member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. With twenty-five years of combined experience in the fitness, wellness, medical, and mental health fields her clinical expertise is in helping participants adopt healthier lifestyles. Using her inspiring and empowering coaching style, and through guided intentional action, she facilitates behavior change by teaching relevant neuroscience concepts and employing various evidence-based modalities.
Interventions may include fitness and physical rehabilitation support, psycho education and various approaches to improving your relationship with food, nervous system regulation and resilience building through breath work, cold water therapy, and corrective movement, rewiring your brain to change habits and increase motivation, the neurochemistry of happiness and life satisfaction, and other lifestyle interventions that support mental health recovery.
