Lee focuses on helping individuals and families heal, grow, and become aware of their inner strengths. She strives to provide supportive, collaborative treatment that is informed by her belief in healing, resiliency, and the power that each of us holds inside ourselves to grow and change.
Lee states: “my goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.”
She believes that the change process occurs best in a safe environment built on respect, sensitivity, and encouragement. Lee views therapy as a tool that can help you to cultivate a sense of meaning, self-worth, resiliency, and fulfillment in your life.
Lee is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Family Systems Theory and integrates Mindfulness techniques into her work with clients.
Lee utilizes Expressive Arts and Experiential Therapy Techniques including sculpting, drawing, collage, music, writing, acting and games in her work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Lee is also the founder of Wildflower Counseling LLC.
